Impact Staff

As one of the largest Coach companies operating in West London, London and the South East of England we recognise the importance of our staff, they are the backbone of our company and are our representatives to our customers. As such all our drivers go through a strict vetting procedure before we hire and are regularly monitored for performance to ensure our customers get the best service that can be provided.

Staff Checks

All of our drivers go through an Initial Driving Assessment with our trained Coach Instructors. Contained within the Impact Perivale Site is the Impact Driving School were we train all types of learners and you can be sure our instructors will not go easy on any potential Coach Driving Candidates.

Once they pass the initial driving assessment we then go on to perform an Independent Safeguarding Authority(ISA) check and a road test to ensure the safety of our passengers.

Once the drivers pass all these tests we then give them the required training to our Impact standards, which includes Vehicle Type Training and Wheelchair training where necessary.

Once this is all over we at Impact keep a close eye on our drivers with Random Drugs and Alcohol Checks.
